You can lower the front and the back, but to lower the back there is two places to bolt the shock in, which can make the shox feel smaller, but it really isnt any smaller,

It has ATA adjustment, so i can lower or higer the forks.

Yeah. i would like to see you land a tailwhip to both pedals no problem and a barspin. like just becayse he rides a bmx dosent mean he can do tailwhips and barspins automatically.. i bet robbiem is a far more dialled rider then you now a days..
